General terms and conditions

The small print..., they are just part of it so that agreements are mutually respected.

All reservations and services entered into by us are therefore subject to the General terms and conditions Efficient Hotel Partner. These terms and conditions are binding on anyone using our services. In addition Efficient Hotel Partner for all bookings the Uniform Hospitality Industry Terms and Conditions (UVH), unless other conditions are applied by the Catering Establishment. In that case, the general terms and conditions of the Catering Establishment always apply.

The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) are the terms and conditions on which catering establishments established in the Netherlands, such as hotels, restaurants, pubs and related businesses (including catering firms, party service firms, etc.), provide catering services and conclude catering agreements. The UVH has been filed with the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Hague.

To the exclusion of all other general terms and conditions, the UVH apply to the formation and contents of all EHP catering agreements, as well as to all offers relating to the formation of these catering agreements. If any other general terms and conditions apply, the UVH will prevail in case of conflict. Deviation from the UVH is only possible in writing and on a case-by-case basis.
