The wish: suggestions for sustainable accommodation, located in nature outside the Randstad, suitable for a multi-day event. Preferably a unique meeting location with sufficient outdoor areas for various activities. Essential: exclusivity, privacy and an atmospheric ambience. Locations that can be combined for a plenary meeting, workshops, drinks, a high-end gala, a party evening and overnight stays, including flawless transport.  

The perfect match: for transport to/from Schiphol and throughout the event, we chose electric taxi vans. The meeting location became a unique, sustainable spot in the middle of the breathtaking natural beauty of De Hoge Veluwe. This beautiful setting provided the ideal setting for workshops with nature guides, relaxing bike rides and invigorating yoga sessions. Participants stayed in stylish 4-star hotels nearby. The 'grande finale' took place at a royal venue, where guests arrived in style - by horse and carriage! After a delicious gala dinner, the evening ended with a dazzling performance.
