The wish: arranging flight tickets for all participants - with the added challenge of different arrival and departure dates. Staying in a comfortable 4* hotel in Helsinki, complete with meeting facilities. This hotel had to be the ideal base for excursions to medical faculties. In addition, transport had to be arranged to and from the airport as well as to the companies they wanted to visit. The group also wanted to explore the city with a local guide and receive suggestions to dine at a new surprising place every evening.
