The wish: completely unburdening the conference organisation by arranging hotel accommodation for the client, speakers and participants. This includes putting together a varied range of various hotels in different segments, from which more than 1,000 participants can choose. A separate hotel should be booked for the organisers and speakers.  

The perfect match: we have allocated eight hotels near the conference venue, in the city centre and near Schiphol Airport. Price agreements and contracts were made with these hotels. We then deployed our congress tool Book A Room Linq, allowing participants to individually make their hotel choice from the mixed supply. For the organisers and speakers, we booked a comfortable hotel within walking distance of the congress location.
