We, the team of Efficient Hotel Partner and Music Meeting Lounge, are looking for a sociable colleague for the position of Office Manager and Location Manager for Music Meeting Lounge. The job is for 40 hours a week (32 hours is negotiable). Our beautiful office is in Amstelveen Oude Dorp.

What will you do as Office Manager and Venue Manager Music Meeting Lounge?

As Office Manager, you take care of the ins and outs of the office so that your colleagues can fully focus on their service to our clients? As location manager of the Music Meeting Lounge (in the same building), you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that guests lack nothing.

Some of your 101 work:

  • Venue manager Music Meeting Lounge.
  • Marketing, social media, newsletters, website management.
  • Assist with projects.
  • Small reservations for hospitality services.
  • Answering the phone and transferring and processing incoming mail.
  • Taking orders for both Efficient Hotel Partner and Music Meeting Lounge.
  • Scheduling cleaning for both companies and monitoring execution.
  • Administrative work and various ad hoc activities.

In 2018, we opened our own testing ground in the field of hospitality in the same building: Music Meeting Lounge.
